Abstract

Objective:Clinico-radiological,histopathological,Microbiological study & management of Ocular Periocular Tumors OPT& tumor like lesionsTLL.Methodology: From medical records,OPT & TLL cases were analysed.Study population:OPT & TLL cases.Exclusion criteria:metastatic&masquerading growths;Study place:dept of ophthalmology.Study period: Jan 2017-Jun 2022;Study Design:retrospective,observational cross sectional study; Study population:OPT/TLL cases attending eye OPD.Results: Of 72 cases, 33(45.83%)-benign; 27.77%-malignant 26.38%-TLL. Dermoid cyst-24.24%(8 cases) in age group11-20 years.Hemangioma- common recurrence.OSSN-(55%) in age >60 years.Oculosporidiosis-42.1%. Tenzels-3 cases;Mustardes-5 cases;Cuttler Beard-5 cases;Lateral orbitotomy-1case,anterior orbitotomy-1case,Exenteration-1 case of post covid mucormycosis;excision with AMG-OSSN cases.Radiotherapy-5 cases; Male to Female ratio: 1.66 Conclusion:Proper evaluation,timely intervention can prevent complications to life & eyes
