Abstract
CASE 1 A 36-year-old male presented with bilateral diminution of vision from 1 month which was gradually progressive in nature. His UCVA RE was 6/60 and LE was 6/24. Anterior segment examinations were normal. Fundus examination revealed deep multiple discrete yellowish lesion with some hyperpigmented lesions over the posterior pole. The subvascular location of the lesions provided clue to investigate on the line of ocular TB. Mantoux and TB gold were positive. ATT was started. CASE 2 A 27 year old male presented with gradually progressive diminution of vision in RE from 2 months which was severe such that he was unable to see beyond one arm distance. His UCVA RE was FCCF and LE was 6/6. Anterior segment examinations were normal. LE fundus was normal and RE fundus showed a multiple deep discrete greyish white lesions involving macula.
