Abstract
OSSN describe a spectrum of slowly progressive, benign, premalignant, and malignant epithelial lesion of the conjunctiva and cornea. A 55-year-old male presented to the clinic with chief complaint of redness, foreign body sensation and mass in left eye associated with watering from last 1 month duration with visual acuity 6/6 in both eyes. . A gelatinous mass of size 5.5*4.5 mm size was present on temporal aspect of left bulbar conjunctiva not involving the cornea. A presumptive diagnosis of OSSN was made. Patient was started on eye drop 5- fluorouracil (5-FU; 1%) QID for 1 week followed by drug holiday for 3 weeks. After that patient was on follow up.
