Abstract
SYNOPSIS: A 19 years old female with history of color paint poisoning came with complaints of greenish discoloration of both eyes along with diminution of vision. The visual acuity of right and left eyes was 6/18 and 6/24 respectively. On slit lamp examination, there was greenish discoloration of cornea and anterior and posterior capsule of lens. There was no color vision deficiency and intraocular pressure was found to be within normal limit. Dilated fundoscopy was also within normal limit. Lubricant and low dose steroid eye drops on tapering doses were given and the patient was advised for follow up.
