Abstract

Bursting firecrackers have been an integral part of the Diwali celebration in India. Although there are many awareness programs regarding fire safety, still we have a lot of patients with injuries during Diwali week. Herein, we present a spectrum of injuries ranging from partial thickness eyelid burns to intraocular foreign bodies and orbital fractures related to firecrackers presented to us in a span of one week. In this poster, we would describe the presentation, management, and outcome of these patients and ways to prevent them.
