Abstract
Infection is usually acquired by eating raw or undercooked invertebrate hosts harboring larvae in their tissues; however, infection is also possible by direct penetration by actively moving fly. Superficial infections are painful and irritating, but the impact of deep infection is more devastating. If the infected organ is the brain, the person affected may be paralyzed or die.
Herein, we report a case of 65 yrs old female known case of left eye squamous cell carcinoma was on chemo and radiotherapy, but unfortunately due to lockdown didn’t got proper treatment and care and land up to hospital with extensive myiasis of the left eye orbital area. We could not save her vision but due to timely intervention save her life.
