(An unique Lecture Contest for Post Graduates)

Purpose: To train the Post Graduate students in speaking skills so that they transform into better ‘Teachers of Tomorrow’

Format: Lecture contest between groups of post-graduate students with mentoring by seasoned faculty in a Reality Show format.

Structure: Students (Residents or fellows) can be selected from each state (2 in number per state). Teams can be named after legendary Ophthalmologists. Topics for the lectures (which covers the entire ophthalmology) are given away to the students 2 weeks in advance and one mentor is assigned to one group (team). The students prepare for the lecture as per the instructions under the tutelage of the Mentor.
