Abstract
A 10-year-old child presented with swelling and drooping of left upper eyelid for 8 years. It is gradual in onset and progressive in nature, associated with diminution of vision of left eye, mild discharge, not associated with pain, redness or proptosis. On examination, vision is 6/6 R/E, 6/36 L/E, EOM is full, free, painless, swelling of left upper eyelid associated with ptosis. MRI shows features suggestive of plexiform neurofibroma along with left sided sphenoid wing dysplasia. Café-au-lait spots are present on trunk. Patient was managed with collaboration of plastic surgeon and Surgical debulking was done. Patient is presently doing well post-operatively and is under follow-up.
