Abstract
A 58 year old male, case of left eye supero temporal BRVO had received Ozurdex elsewhere due to inadequate response to multiple antiVEGF. Patient’s BCVA at presentation was 6/12 p IOP 18 mmHg. On slit lamp examination a part of the implant had got impaled to the crystalline lens giving rise to a posterior subcapsular cataract away from the visual axis. Other eye was normal. OCT was done to document the macular edema. Patient was followed up every 15 days.
After 1.5 months, resolution of macular edema was noted and cataract had increased.Patient has been advised left eye cataract surgery along with implant removal under vitreo retina backup
