Abstract
Case report- we are a reporting a case of optic atrophy following sphenoid sinusitis approching orbital apex. A female of 18 years old came with history of right eye vision loss since 2 months. She was alright2 months back then she developed mild headache and nasal cangestion . Then she took local medication. She got relieved. But one day she noticed severe decreased vision in her right eye . She consulted eye opd where on examination there was optic atrophy with RAPD and Then she referred to ENT department for further management.here she was given antibiotics and some inhaler. She got relieved but vision not got improved.
