Abstract
A 40-year-old female patient presented with complaints of painless diminution of vision in both eye since 8 months. Best corrected visual acuity was 6/36 oculus dexter (OD) and 6/24 oculus sinister (OS). Fundus showed bilateral (OD>OS), multiple subretinal yellowish lesions with pockets of subretinal fluid and bullous retinal detachment in inferior fundus. Right eye showed subretinal fibrosis temporal and inferior to fovea. OCT: Inner and outer retinal folds, intra retinal and sub retinal fluid involving fovea in both eyes with serous PED, fibrin membrane and sub retinal scarring in right eye. FFA showed multiple pinpoint hyperfluorescence with late leakage in both eyes and blocked hypofluorescence corresponding to areas of subretinal fibrosis and hypoflurescent area in inferior fundus in right eye. In our patient, focal laser was avoided in view of multiple leakage spots in both eyes. In view of non-availability of micropulse laser and PDT, patient was started on oral eplerenone.
