Abstract
Background and Purpose: To evaluate the cause of choroidal folds of two patients with no other obvious ocular findings
Methods: Two patients complaining of headaches and insomnia were routinely examined for ophthalmic evaluation. Fundus examination revealed choroidal folds with no other significant ocular findings. Multimodal imaging is done including Fundus photo, Fundus autofluorescence, OCT, Retro, OCTA, and B-scan along with systemic investigations.
Results: Both patients revealed thyroid dysfunction leading to thyroid eye disease without obvious proptosis.
Conclusion: The importance of routine fundus examination as it can help you to detect systemic diseases.
