Abstract
A 9-year-old child presented with bulging mass from left eye for 2 years associated with mild pain. There is history of ocular trauma to the left eye by sickle 4 years back following which attendant complained redness and watering of left eye of patient for which some treatment was taken for which no documentation is available. On examination, vision is 6/6 right eye, PL negative left eye, eyelashes matted with discharge, conjunctiva is mildly congested, anterior staphyloma present Right eye. Left eye examination is within normal limits. USG B scan left eye revealed posterior segment WNL. After proper counselling and consent, patient underwent enucleation of left eye. Patient is doing well and is under follow-up.
